Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Contact leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Present products/services clearly and confidently
  • Follow up consistently until closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
  • Update CRM and sales reports regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C based on company type)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections
  • Target-driven mindset
