Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Contact leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Present products/services clearly and confidently
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C based on company type)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and objections
