Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and close revenue-generating deals. This is not a desk job for someone who “likes marketing.” This role is for someone who can create opportunities and convert them into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients
  • Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings
  • Present company services clearly and confidently
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals
  • Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
  • Understanding of sales cycle and lead qualification
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Target-oriented mindset
